UMusic Hospitality Lifestyle is seeking a Director of PMO Project Controls to lead commercial activities around PMO Excellence. Focus on presales, proposal development, and negotiations to package the methodology into a scalable service offering with governance and investor-ready reporting.

The role emphasizes selling outcomes, building a repeatable service, and ensuring alignment with delivery feasibility across stakeholders in a fast-paced hospitality context.

Formación

• Presales, proposal writing, negotiation and closing experience.

• Monthly executive reporting packs and KPI definition.
• Risk management and change control systems.
• FF&E/OS&E tracking knowledge (if relevant to scope).

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Lead discovery to proposal to negotiation to close PMO capability into a sellable offering.
• Productize PMO/Project Controls capability into service bundles.
• Create reusable sales assets (decks, one-pagers, proposal templates).
• Presales: Discovery & Solution Design.
• Assess stakeholder needs and maturity levels.
• Design governance, reporting, cost, cash flow, risk, and change control frameworks.
• Post-Sale Enablement (Capability Adoption).
• Ensure the sold solution is implemented consistently and scalably.
• Coordinate with delivery leadership to align scope, capacity, and success KPIs.
• Pricing, Contract Readiness & Value Alignment.
• Support pricing strategy and commercial terms.
• Align scope and value with delivery feasibility.
• Growth, References & Expansion.
• Build internal/external references (case studies and measurable outcomes).
• Support expansion of the service offering to new opportunities.

Role Overview

UMHL is looking for a Director to sell and scale Project Management services built around PMO Excellence and Project Controls. This role focuses on commercial activities, presales solutioning, proposal development, and negotiations. It is not responsible for day-to-day project delivery. The objective is to package UMHL's methodology and controls into a repeatable service offering that delivers measurable value through governance, transparency, and executive/investor-ready reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline
• Lead discovery to proposal to negotiation to close Turn PM Capability into a Sellable Offering
• Productize the PMO/Project Controls capability into service bundles

Candidate Profile Experience

• 12+ years in PMO, Project Controls, and/or PM Excellence (consultancy/advisory preferred)

Must-Have Commercial Skills

• Presales, proposal writing, negotiation, and closing experience
• Ability to sell capability/outcomes, not only time

Strong Functional xkdbapo Knowledge (High Value)

• Budget control and cash flow frameworks
• Monthly executive reporting packs and KPI definition
• Risk management and change control systems
