Una società leader nel settore dell'ingegneria e costruzione cerca un Ingegnere di Gestione Progetti per il suo ufficio di Milano. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in ingegneria e 2-4 anni di esperienza in progetti EPC, con forti capacità di comunicazione e lavoro di squadra. La posizione prevede assistenza nella pianificazione dei progetti e gestione dei rischi, con opportunità di crescita in un ambiente internazionale.

Formación

• 2-4 anni di esperienza in progetti EPC nel settore Oil & Gas.
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2 / C1).
• Qualifica professionale o Chartership (es. PMP, CIOB) è un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assistere il Project Manager nella pianificazione dei progetti.
• Preparare il Piano di Gestione dei Rischi del Progetto.
• Coordinare attività specifiche relative alla gestione del progetto.

Within the ENCAR Business Line, we are looking for a Project Management Engineer to be employed in Milan, in the Onshore Project Management department. The responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Project Manager during project planning, including the preparation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and other project procedures and plans.
• Assisting in resource allocation and in assessing man-hours required to prepare/update the Project Mobilization Plan (PMP).
• Coordinating specific activities related to project management, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, both at the office and at the site.
• Preparing the Project External Interfaces Management Procedure and managing external interfaces.
• Preparing the Project Risk Management Plan, managing risk assessments, and updating the Project Risk Register quarterly.
• Managing Vendor Assistance on Site procedures, monitoring costs, reviewing intervention schedules, and reporting on activity status and criticalities.
• Preparing the Project Guarantee Claims Management Procedure and ensuring Vendor compliance during the guarantee period.
• Supporting change orders, claims management, and dispute resolution activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering Science.
• Professional qualification or Chartership (e.g., PMP, CIOB) is a plus.
• Knowledge of English (B2 / C1).
• 2-4 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects, especially in large-scale projects with major clients.
• Experience in various roles within oil and gas / new energies / floaters projects, such as design management, planning, contract management, or cost management.
• Experience working within global, multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills; resourcefulness under pressure.

Location: Milan HQ. Strong foreign language skills and availability for short and long-term assignments.

Contract Type: Permanent, with a salary package commensurate with experience.
