Descripción del empleo

Indra is a leading company in technology and security, with key projects in critical infrastructure worldwide. We are looking for a Project Leader for Perimeter Physical Security to work on the installation and maintenance of security systems at one of NATO's buildings in Brussels.

This international challenge will allow you to be part of an innovative team, actively participating in the design and supervision of the installation of physical security systems for NATO's strategic infrastructures.

What will you do in this challenge?

1. Design physical security solutions for NATO projects, including access control systems, CCTV, anti-intrusion, and fire protection.
2. Supervise the construction and execution of the project, leading the installation and commissioning of physical security systems.
3. Manage subcontracting, working with Spanish teams and overseeing progress on-site.
4. Participate in the negotiation phase with the client, ensuring that the technical and security requirements of the project are met.
5. Coordinate the maintenance and operation of already installed security systems, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
6. Ensure that the entire project is aligned with NATO's international quality and safety standards.

Profile requirements:

1. Experience in designing and managing physical security projects (access control, CCTV, anti-intrusion, etc.).
2. Experience in construction, including configuring and installing security systems and supervising teams.
3. High level of English and French (required for interacting with clients and managing projects in an international environment).
4. Technical background in engineering (preferably industrial, telecommunications, or similar).
5. Availability to travel and work in an international environment, with weekly trips to Brussels.
6. Ability to manage subcontracting Spanish teams and coordinate with other professionals in the sector.
