Formación

• 3-5 years experience in publishing processes like XML and Graphics.
• Experience in a lead role with project management methodology.

Job Description:

• Manages, oversees and controls the project(s) from receiving to delivery
  • Receives projects from Clients.
  • Ensures proper preparation of materials. Maintains control of all files and other work products according to company standards.
  • Ensures delivery of project files and billing details to the PTS, Client FTP and/or email.
• Project Creation & Preparation (PTS)
  • Job Order (JO) creation.
  • Project structure & budgeting (Batch structures).
• Project delivery (PTS)
  • Delivers project files and closes delivery task.
• Project-specific Client coordination. Manages Client expectations regarding project deliverables.
• Manages Client e-mails
  • Establishes complete project specification sheets for each deliverable project.
  • Attaches all relevant production updates/instructions.
• Project coordination with Team leaders
  • Specification review
    • Ensures completeness of specifications on daily arrivals.
    • Specs review of on-going projects.
  • Planning
    • Ensures planning of daily deliveries.
    • Establishes weekly capacity planning.
  • Daily meetings, to ensure proper project coordination.
• Customer Relations Management – Pro-active communication
  • Email Etiquette, Production queries, Management of client inquiries.
  • Management of client complaints and communicate solutions.
• Quality reporting
  • All quality related issues must be reported to the Compliance Officer.
  • Ensures quality issues before delivery are reported and solved.

Job Requirements:

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• Has at least 3 to 5 years experience in some aspect of the publishing process (XML, Graphics, Composition, QC) and 1 year experience in a lead role.
• Knowledge of basic quality assessment methods.
• Training or experience in project management methodology (planning, organizing, tracking).
• Basic leadership skills for guiding and coaching.
