Job Responsibilities

1. Manages, oversees, and controls the project(s) from receiving to delivery.
2. Receives projects from Clients.
3. Ensures proper preparation of materials and maintains control of all files and work products according to company standards.
4. Ensures delivery of project files and billing details to the PTS, Client FTP, and/or email.
5. Project Creation & Preparation (PTS):
6. Creates Job Orders (JO).
7. Delivers project files and closes delivery tasks.
8. Establishes complete project specification sheets for each deliverable, attaching all relevant updates and instructions.
9. Coordinates with team leaders for project execution.
10. Reviews specifications to ensure completeness on daily arrivals and ongoing projects.
11. Plans daily deliveries, establishes weekly capacity planning, and conducts daily coordination meetings.
12. Manages customer relations through proactive communication, handles client complaints, and communicates solutions.
13. Reports and resolves all quality-related issues before delivery, reporting them to the Compliance Officer.

Job Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in aspects of the publishing process (XML, Graphics, Composition, QC) and 1 year in a lead role.
• Knowledge of basic quality assessment methods.
• Training or experience in project management methodologies (planning, organizing, tracking).
• Basic leadership skills for guiding and coaching team members.
