TD SYNNEX Spain in Barcelona is seeking a proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support IT and digital projects, with emphasis on AI, cloud, and automation. You will bridge business and IT teams, ensuring smooth coordination and clear communication.

You will help plan, track milestones, risks, and budgets; translate business needs into technical tasks; and contribute to data handling, scripting or automation as relevant.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or similar.
• Hands-on exposure to technical environments (AI, cloud, or development).
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python).
• Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate; Power Platform a plus).
• Strong communication and proactive, organized nature.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support IT and digital projects, with a stronger focus on technical environments such as AI, cloud, and automation. You will act as a key bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and efficient project delivery, while also contributing with your technical understanding and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and technical projects (AI, cloud, automation)
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and budgets
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams (IT, data, cloud, development)
• Translate business needs into actionable technical tasks for IT teams
• Support basic technical activities such as data handling, scripting, or automation when relevant
• Work with tools and platforms such as Power Automate and AI solutions to improve workflows
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and insights (Excel, Power BI when needed)
• Organize project meetings, follow-ups, and documentation
• Coordinate timelines and resources across multiple projects
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI-driven use cases

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or similar
• Strong interest and initial hands-on exposure to technical environments (AI, cloud, or development)
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python or similar)
• Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate preferred; Power Platform is a plus)
• Understanding of data, APIs, or system integrations is a plus
• Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with tools such as Excel, Jira (Power BI is a plus but not core)
• Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and business teams
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
