TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a Business Process Automation Analyst to identify, analyze, and transform business processes through automation and AI-driven solutions. This role blends business insight with technical understanding and does not involve traditional software engineering.

You will work with stakeholders to understand processes, identify automation opportunities, and help design solutions that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Formación

• Experience in Business Process Automation, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Data Analysis, or a related area.
• Strong business mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of AI and automation technologies and their application to business processes.
• Some programming or scripting knowledge and an understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Algorithms.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise applications is beneficial.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, RPA, or Business Process Automation platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across business and technology teams.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Business Process Automation Analyst to identify, analyse, and transform business processes through automation and AI-driven solutions. This role combines a strong business and analytical mindset with technical understanding. You will work with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help design solutions that automate manual activities and improve efficiency. This is not a traditional Software Engineering role. We are looking for someone who understands how businesses operate and can apply AI, automation, data, and software engineering fundamentals to solve real-world business problems.
