This role involves leading operations, building a client base, and representing the company in client engagements. We're looking for a proactive and organized individual who is fluent in multiple languages and excited to contribute to a growing business.

Formación

• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Swedish preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or operations is a plus.

Join GARBO Group as our Project Development Lead – Costa del Sol

Help build the future of home & corporate services in the South of Spain

GARBO Group is launching an exciting new venture on the Costa del Sol — and we’re looking for a driven, multilingual professional to help lead the charge. You’ll work closely with the company owner to shape and grow this fresh take on cleaning, renovation, and tailored services for both private and corporate clients.

What you’ll be doing:

Collaborating directly with the company owner to develop and run our new operations

Building a client base by contacting realtors, brokers, and business networks

Meeting with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate quotes

Handling communication via email and phone — answering inquiries, resolving requests

Coordinating staff schedules together with our employee supervisor

Supporting both residential and corporate service expansion (Airbnb, offices, etc.)

Who you are:

Preferably fluent in English, Spanish, and Swedish

Social, organized, and confident in taking initiative

Experienced in sales, customer service, or operations (a plus)

Comfortable representing GARBO in meetings with clients and partners

Excited about joining a company in its early growth phase

Position Details:

Location: Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain

Type: Full-time

Salary: €2,000/month (with bonus opportunities based on results)

Start Date: As soon as possible
