Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Project Lead to own delivery of a major data centre development in Madrid, spanning inception to construction, commissioning and handover. You will partner with the Design Director and leadership team to ensure schedule, budget and strategic objectives are met across a hyperscale infrastructure program.

As client-side delivery owner, you will coordinate all project functions, manage relationships with executives, consultants, contractors and authorities,

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience delivering major infrastructure, industrial, mission-critical or data centre projects.
• Strong client-side project leadership experience.
• Proven programme and commercial management capability.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a rapidly growing data centre developer delivering a significant portfolio of hyperscale and AI-ready infrastructure projects across Spain.

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to take ownership of the delivery of a major data centre development from project inception through construction, commissioning and operational handover.

Working alongside a dedicated Design Director and technical leadership team, you will be responsible for programme delivery, stakeholder management, commercial oversight and overall project execution on one of Spain's most ambitious data centre developments.

The Role

As Project Lead, you will act as the client-side delivery owner, coordinating all project functions and ensuring the project remains on schedule, within budget and aligned with strategic business objectives.

You will work closely with senior executives, consultants, contractors, utility providers, local authorities and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
