A boutique storytelling agency is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to work remotely, focusing on client satisfaction and sales in the classical music sector. Candidates must have experience in Account Management and a strong understanding of classical music. The role involves managing client relationships and collaborating closely with the production team to deliver excellent service. Fluent English is required, with knowledge of additional languages being advantageous.

You will be working closely with our current and potential clients, helping them initiate their website projects and ensuring their satisfaction with our collaboration.

Our agency stands out because we deeply understand classical music and its cultural significance. Therefore, a thorough knowledge of classical music and the industry is essential for this position.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • A deep love, passion, and understanding of classical music, performing arts, or cultural organizations and industry.
  • Solid experience in Account Management or Client Relationship Management.
  • Good understanding of how to sell website development services.
  • Background in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business, or Arts Management is preferred.
  • Ability to guide prospects from initial request to signed contract, tracking the process effectively.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills in English; German skills are a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with high accountability standards.
  • Passionate about excellent customer service.
  • Responsive under tight deadlines, adaptable to change.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and German is advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the main contact for new leads and clients during the early project stages.
  • Collaborate with the Production team to prepare estimates and proposals.
  • Present project proposals and close sales.
  • Generate and grow revenue from new and existing accounts.
  • Ensure client retention and manage expectations from the outset.
  • Support growth initiatives alongside our Business Developer.
  • Develop new connections within the industry.
  • Stay informed about industry news and changes in the classical music world to leverage opportunities.
WORKING WITH MOLINA VISUALS

Molina Visuals is a boutique storytelling agency creating innovative media to develop strong classical music brands. As a fully remote agency, our team is globally distributed, with communication primarily online. We maintain a friendly, constructive, and positive atmosphere.

We produce high-end 360º campaigns for major classical music institutions, aiming to craft compelling storytelling tools that communicate the richness of classical music to diverse audiences.

This is a freelance, hourly position. Our clients are mainly based in Europe and the United States. Please ensure your time zone overlaps at least 4 hours daily with Europe.
