We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental activities at an industrial construction site. In this role, you will ensure all project operations adhere to safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices. The aim is to establish a safe work environment, reducing risks for all involved in pipeline production and industrial assembly installations.

Scope of Work:

1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive HSE plan that aligns with current regulations, client requirements, and internal policies.
2. Identify and mitigate risks associated with high-risk tasks, including working at heights, welding, and hazardous materials handling.
3. Promote on-site safety compliance by coordinating with team members and subcontractors.
4. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to uphold standards.
5. Deliver tailored safety training and emergency drills for employees and subcontractors.
6. Assess, document, and manage risks, with particular focus on high-risk activities.
7. Investigate incidents, analyze causes, and implement preventive measures.
8. Manage environmental policies to minimize the project’s environmental footprint.
9. Foster a proactive safety culture among all workers and subcontractors.
10. Prepare and maintain HSE performance reports, ensuring documentation remains accurate and up to date.

We are looking for you if you:

1. Have a valid EU citizenship OR work visa.
2. Have a Spanish Master’s degree in H&S or equivalent.
3. Are skilled in safety regulations, risk assessment, and environmental standards.
4. Have hands-on experience with hazardous materials handling, PPE compliance, and promoting safe work practices.
5. Are fluent in English & Spanish.
