Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance function, ideally in professional services.
• Interest in studying towards a finance qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Set up new projects in the ERP system following contract and SOX regulations.
• Monitor project financials and coordinate client billing with Treasury.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Set up new projects in the ERP system in accordance with the contract and SOX regulations.
2. Monitor and analyze project financials in liaison with Project Managers and Directors.
3. Reforecast projects according to ICF policies and procedures to ensure correct revenue recognition.
4. Calculate and post monthly subcontractor accruals.
5. Input data into month-end processes and reports.
6. Coordinate client billing with Treasury to monitor aged debts and reduce WIP.
7. Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Basic Requirements:

• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas, financial modeling).
• Minimum 2 years of experience within a finance function, ideally in professional services, but all applicants with demonstrated aptitude will be considered.
• Experience with financial systems, currently using Maconomy.
• Interest in studying or currently studying towards a finance qualification.
