About the role : Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial and finance legal documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project financing transactions from initiation to closure.
• Assist in the preparation and review of commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the execution and closing of cross-border project finance transactions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need :

• Licence as an attorney with 1-3 years of experience, preferably in project financing within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in cross-border transactions and power purchase agreements (PPAs) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Degree in Law from a reputable academic institution.
