Job summary

ICF is seeking a Project Finance Analyst to join our Europe & Asia Business Management team on a permanent basis to drive financial performance of the ICF activities.

The role covers forecasting, revenue profiling, budgeting, and close collaboration with Project Managers and Directors across diverse teams. You will manage project financials, sub-contractor accruals, and client billing, supporting timely month-end reporting and WIP reduction.

Qualifications

• Excel skills to intermediate level (pivot tables, lookups, modelling).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in finance function, preferably professional services.
• Experience with financial systems (Maconomy).
• Willingness to study toward a finance qualification.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, revenue profiling and budgeting aligned with policies.
• Monitor and analyze project financials with PMs/Directors.
• Own a portfolio; manage month-end processes and reporting.
• Set up new projects in ERP per contract and SOX rules.
• Calculate and post monthly sub-contractor accruals.
• Contribute to month-end processes and reports.
• Billing clients; coordinate with Treasury to monitor aged debts and reduce WIP.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.
