Job summary

ICF is looking for a Project Finance Analyst to join our Europe & Asia Business Management team on a permanent basis to drive the financial performance of ICF activities.

The role includes forecasting, budgeting, month-end reporting and close collaboration with Project Managers and Directors across diverse teams, in line with company policies and SOX controls. Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Excel skills at an intermediate level (pivot tables, v-lookup, financial modelling).
• 2+ years in a finance function; professional services preferred but open to all with aptitude.
• Experience with financial systems; currently adopting Maconomy.
• Keen to study or pursuing a finance qualification.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, revenue profiling and budgeting are key aspects of the role.
• Monitor and analyse project financials with PMs and Directors.
• Manage month-end processes and reporting for own portfolio of projects.
• Set up new projects in ERP in line with contract and SOX requirements.
• Calculate and post monthly sub-contractor accruals and input to month-end reports.
• Handle client billing with Treasury to monitor aged debts and reduce WIP.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.
