As a Project Expeditor and Coordinator based in Madrid, you will act as the main point of contact with customers, internal sales teams, and hubs during projects. In addition, you will own small project processes for orders with low complexity related to instrumentation, transmitters, and valves.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  1. Take ownership of customer orders and handle them in the sales order processing system, ensuring all data is checked and accurate.
  2. Lead communication with all involved parties.
  3. Be the single point of contact after sales, keeping customers informed of potential order issues.
  4. Monitor profitability and pricing uplift during the project and ensure activities align with project requirements and procedures.
  5. Deal with customer disputes and trade compliance issues.

You establish and maintain effective customer relationships. You provide timely and helpful information across the organization. You display a 'cando' attitude in both good and challenging times.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Experience in order handling and customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of project management principles.
  • Good knowledge of contractual and commercial aspects.
  • Intermediate level of English language proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience in implementing ERP systems (Oracle highly preferred).
  • Experience working in a matrix organization.
