Job Responsibilities

1. Define, implement, and control new products and production processes.
2. Continuously seek improvements in products and processes.
3. Manage internal technical projects, track project progress, and ensure implementation and control are carried out according to requirements.
4. Responsible for trialing and homologating new raw materials or alternative raw materials' suppliers.
5. Provide data analysis of products and processes to support the Production and Technical teams.
6. Manage product testing and coordinate with laboratories or third-party laboratories to ensure timely testing.
7. Serve as the point of contact with the Spanish headquarters laboratory and technical center.
8. Responsible for R&D activities.
9. Record and input product parameters into SAP (e.g., master material, routing, bill of materials).
10. Manage change processes related to manufacturing, machinery, products, and raw materials.
