A multinational environmental services company in Rivas-Vaciamadrid, Madrid is seeking a Project Engineer to manage manufacturing projects tailored for specific markets. You will coordinate activities among various departments and act as the main point of contact for customers throughout project execution. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. This position is full-time and offers remote work flexibility.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years managing production projects.

Within the Contract Management Team, you will be responsible for managing manufacturing projects of equipment tailored for specific markets at our Rivas-Vaciamadrid, Spain location. The Project Engineer coordinates activities among departments such as Product Management, Technical, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality Control, as well as with suppliers and vendors. The Contract Engineer acts as the main point of contact with the customer during project execution, ensuring compliance with organizational procedures and industry standards.

Your main tasks will include:

1. Being the first point of contact for customers during project execution until final acceptance.
2. Organizing a kickoff to transition new contracts from Business Development to Project Execution.
3. Supervising contract execution to ensure timely completion within budget and adherence to quality standards.
4. Internal coordination with all involved disciplines.
5. Planning and reviewing project status with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Educational background: Industrial Technical Engineering certificate or similar.
• Knowledge and experience in project management disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years managing production projects.
• Experience or knowledge in the pharmaceutical sector is valued.
• Languages: Fluent Spanish and proficient English.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
