Project Director Robotics

We currently have an exciting full-time position available within our Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) team for a Project Director. As a part of our team spread over different locations in Europe, you will be working daily across multiple projects to coordinate, execute, problem solve and successfully deliver them to our diverse customers. You must be self-motivated, well organized, proactive, and a natural problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

What a Day In The Life Looks Like

1. Collaborate with the Sales Team to gather project and client requirements, ensuring timely delivery.
2. Plan and manage projects, including timelines, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the project scope, deliverables, financials, and risks.
4. Communicate effectively with customers, attend meetings, and provide accurate updates on project status.
5. Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively, maintaining clear documentation throughout.
6. Engage with key stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

This is a remote based role within Germany, Austria, Spain or the United Kingdom. Working pattern is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

What You Bring To The Team

1. Project Management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ideally in the automation industry.
2. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and prioritization skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and manage priorities effectively across business, stakeholders, and clients.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills when dealing with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
5. Experience with project management tools; formal Project Management qualifications are a plus.
6. Proficiency in English is required; French and/or German are beneficial. Ability to travel as needed.
