Job summary

Virtual Voyagers in Barcelona is seeking a Project Development Manager to oversee real estate development and boutique hospitality assets on-site. You will lead construction execution, manage contractors, and drive schedules, cost control, and risk management across the project lifecycle with an internationally assembled team.

The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering or related degree with 6+ years of PM experience and fluency in English to collaborate across disciplines and regions.

We're hiring a Project Development Manager on-site in Barcelona, Spain to work with our real estate development and construction team, focusing on boutique hospitality assets.

This opportunity will focus primarily on construction execution, contractor management, and schedule delivery, with engagement in cost control, risk management, and project planning throughout the lifecycle.

To succeed in this opportunity, you should have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, be punctual, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction project coordination, project management (+6 years).
• 5 years pf experience as a main pure PM
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Google Sheets, AutoCAD) as well as data analysis (Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Experience in data analysis, including cost tracking, schedule performance metrics, and trend reporting.
• English fluency is required for this opportunity.
