The Green Recruitment Company is in search of a Senior Project Manager to work in one of the most important renewable energy companies in Europe with more than 75 GW of projects in development.

Responsibilities include :

• Technical project management in all stages of the project, from origination to development, acquisition and financing, construction and operation.
• Lead end-to-end project development activities for Onshore Wind Greenfield projects, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Conduct thorough feasibility studies, site assessments, and resource analyses to identify suitable project sites and assess their potential.
• Technically lead during due diligence for acquisition or divestiture of projects and financial closing processes, interacting with external technical advisors, sellers or buyers.
• Conduct regular reports on the technical progress of the project, providing detailed risk and opportunity analysis to the team and management.

The requirements are the following :

• Plus 5 years of experience leading the technical aspect of renewable energy Solar and BESS projects during development, design, acquisition, construction and operation in various markets, from the site identification stage, through the environmental evaluation until all permits and authorizations for the project are obtained.
• Interpersonal skills and results orientation to coordinate the work of stakeholders (technical advisors, consultants, project managers, proprietary engineers, investors, engineering and design offices of EPC companies, suppliers) for results orientation.
• Have an Engineering degree or equivalent.
