Empresa Confidencial in Madrid seeks a Project Development Analyst - International PPP with about 3 years of experience to join the PPP-Concessions team. You will work on identifying and developing international concession opportunities and supporting bids across countries.

You will collaborate with engineering, legal, commercial and finance teams, prepare feasibility studies, manage project documentation, and monitor markets to identify opportunities.

We are looking for an Project Development Analyst - International PPP with around 3 years of experience to join the PPP-Concessions team of a leading international infrastructure company.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of large-scale international infrastructure and concession projects, working in a dynamic, multicultural environment alongside multidisciplinary teams across different countries.

You will be involved in strategic projects from the early opportunity assessment through the bid and development phases, gaining exposure to international markets and high-impact infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and monitor international concession and infrastructure opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of international bids and tender submissions.
• Prepare project documentation, feasibility studies and strategic analyses.
• Coordinate technical, commercial and contractual information throughout the project development process.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, commercial and finance teams to ensure the successful preparation of project proposals.
• Participate in the assessment of project risks, business opportunities and delivery strategies.
• Support negotiations with clients, partners, advisors and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor international infrastructure markets and identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and project development methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or a double degree combining Engineering and Business.
• Around 3 years of professional experience in concessions, infrastructure, project development or similar environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex projects.
• General understanding of concession models, project economics and commercial aspects of infrastructure projects.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English (C1 or above) is mandatory. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
