Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Financial Analyst - M&A & Investments to join its team and support strategic investment and divestment transactions, financial modelling, valuation activities, and investment analysis.

Reporting to the EVP of M&A & Investments, you will evaluate, execute, and monitor corporate transactions with exposure to senior management, collaborating with internal teams and external advisors on due diligence, memoranda, and investment materials.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Investment Banking, Infrastructure Funds, Project Finance, or Transaction Services.
• Proven experience in financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, and due diligence processes.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support acquisitions and divestments of assets and investments.
• Develop financial models and perform company and asset valuations.
• Coordinate financial, commercial, and technical due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors.
• Prepare investment memoranda, bids, financial analyses, and materials for investment committees.
• Monitor the financial performance of portfolio companies and investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial, strategic, and market analyses to support decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for investors and stakeholders.
• Participate in refinancing, restructuring, and capital structure optimization projects.
