About the role

To support our continued growth in Europe and beyond, we are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist based in Europe (remote / hybrid with occasional regional travel) with the below responsibilities :

• Take end-to-end ownership of building B2B marketing activities in the Europe region for Peak3, including (but not limited to) aspects related to : product marketing, digital marketing, virtual and in-person events, campaign management, branding and public relations (PR)
• Conceptualize, design, develop and execute strategic, innovative and tactical initiatives for brand positioning, awareness and recall
• Design, plan, and execute effective marketing campaigns and determine and implement metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, including related to digital content marketing strategies
• Collaborate closely with our product, engineering and sales team to build compelling value propositions, content / thought leadership, and GTM strategies to drive adoption of Peak3's B2B products
• Streamline marketing operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness in campaign execution and establish / refine best practices and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in marketing activities

Your qualifications and background

• 3+ years experience in a B2B marketing function for a SaaS / technology business in Europe (global is a plus); experience in the insurance / insurtech industry is a clear plus
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategic planning, brand management, customer behaviour and market trends in SaaS / technology; product marketing experience is a clear plus
• Experience in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and at least one other major European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish)
• Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in dynamic, cross-functional team environments across cultures, languages and timezones
• Solution-oriented mindset and strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
