• 5+ años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en proyectos relacionados con datos.
• Fuerte comprensión de conceptos de gestión de datos y procesos analíticos.

Responsabilidades

Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24 / 7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

What will you do?

We are seeking a Data & Analytics Program Manager to drive the technical side of the transformation program IDS Next for E2E DCR. The new data platform will require deep expertise and strong technical knowledge.

Job Overview :

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing data projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the program from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with data analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards throughout project execution.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in data-related projects.
• Strong understanding of data management concepts, tools, and analytics processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Preferred Skills :

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics platforms.
• Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks.
