What will you do?

We are seeking a Data & Analytics Program Manager to lead the technical aspects of the IDS Next transformation program for E2E DCR. This role requires deep expertise and strong technical knowledge to develop a new data platform.

Job Overview :

As a Program Manager, you will plan, execute, and close data projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring project alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the program from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with data analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards throughout project execution.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in data-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of data management concepts, tools, and analytics processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Preferred Skills :

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics platforms.
  • Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks.
