A leading international shipbuilding company in Spain is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support operations and assist staff. Responsibilities include organizing travel, arranging accommodation, and facilitating communication. The ideal candidate is fluent in Lithuanian, Spanish, and English, with strong organizational skills. This position offers training, accommodation, and travel expenses covered.

Formación

• Fluency in Lithuanian, Spanish, and English languages (Russian is an advantage).

Join our team at ashipyard in Spain. Our international crew is already on site – and now we’re looking for you, a proactive Project Coordinator to support our operations and the team.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

• Always support and devote most of your working time to the staff working on the project – starting from their arrival
• Arrange accommodation, introduce them to the project’s rules and procedures, and provide all relevant information
• Assist with translation to and from Spanish
• Show strong time management skills
• Organize travel and accommodation for all employees
• Plan various leisure activities for employees on the project
• Support with everyday problem solutions, and think outside the box
