Formación

• Fluency in Lithuanian, Spanish and English; Russian is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.

• Support staff from their arrival and manage accommodation arrangements.
• Assist with translations, organize travel, and plan leisure activities.
• Handle everyday problem solutions.

Join our team at ashipyard in Spain. Our international crew is already on site – and now we’re looking for you, a proactive Project Coordinator to support our operations and the team.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

• Always support and devote most of your working time to the staff working on the project – starting from their arrival
• Arrange accommodation, introduce them to the project’s rules and procedures, and provide all relevant information
• Assist with translation to and from Spanish
• Show strong time management skills
• Organize travel and accommodation for all employees
• Plan various leisure activities for employees on the project
• Support with everyday problem solutions, and think outside the box
