RNDV Group is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support an international crew at a shipyard in Spain. This role involves arranging accommodation, translating, and ensuring the well-being of project staff. With 8 weeks of work followed by 2 weeks off, it offers a dynamic environment, growth opportunities, and covered travel expenses.

Formación

• Fluency in Lithuanian, Spanish, and English.

Join our team at ashipyard in Spain. Our international crew is already on site – and now we’re looking for you, a proactive Project Coordinator to support our operations and the team.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

• Always support and devote most of your working time to the staff working on the project – starting from their arrival
• Arrange accommodation, introduce them to the project’s rules and procedures, and provide all relevant information
• Assist with translation to and from Spanish
• Show strong time management skills
• Organize travel and accommodation for all employees
• Plan various leisure activities for employees on the project
• Support with everyday problem solutions, and think outside the box
