We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. As a key member of our Global Supply Chain area, you will be responsible for managing and creating orders for international flows, supervising order and billing flows, and controlling and supervising SAP R3 / SAP S4 master data.

Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless logistics operations, manage incidents in order flow and logistics shipments, control and dispatch reports and logistics documentation, and support improvements and automation projects.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to maintain a positive work environment, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive business growth through process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English language skills, with knowledge of other languages an asset
• 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in SAP RS / HANA and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence and maintain a positive work environment
• Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday (full-time 40 hours)
