We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for the planning, scheduling, and delivery of work and artifacts related to the successful integration of a merger or acquisition. The role involves collaborating with one of our global customers, a world leader in water-related technologies, solutions, and services.

High proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

100% remote position for candidates located in Spain.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimates, and implementation plans including risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as necessary to meet requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing daily updates on project status and changes.
  • Create project schedules and timelines, including predecessor and successor tasks.
  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate meetings to achieve project objectives.
  • Implement and manage changes as needed to meet project goals.
  • Monitor and report on project progress.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in M&A is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish at least at C1 level.
