About the role

We’re building a global network of freelance analysts, and we need a rockstar to keep everything running smoothly. This role serves as the central communication and coordination hub between our freelancers and internal teams. You’ll be the invisible engine that keeps timelines on track, conversations flowing, and projects moving forward.

If you're highly organized, thrive in dynamic environments, and love bringing structure to chaos, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact between external freelance analysts and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with project planning, timeline updates, and operational reporting
  • Organize virtual check-ins, syncs, and deliverables
  • Support internal documentation and process optimization

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
  • Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and task management platforms
  • A problem-solving mindset—you see blockers as puzzles to solve

Bonus Points

  • Fluency in German or French
  • Experience in fintech, tech operations, or research coordination
