Job summary

BYD Group in Madrid is seeking an energetic administrator to support energy storage projects. You will manage day-to-day emails, coordinate with multiple departments, and help ensure timely project closure while complying with requirements.

You will work with the Chief Engineer to develop supplier training, travel internationally including to Portugal and Spain, and assist on-site service planning, commissioning, and data reviews. Proactive teamwork and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• Experience in employee training and customer relationship management.
• Experience in energy storage or large-scale engineering projects is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and AI-powered tools; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks for energy storage projects, including organizing emails, categorizing inquiries, providing appropriate responses, and liaising with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to develop supplier training materials and implement training plans; travel internationally as required, including to Portugal and Spain.
• Develop implementation plans for on-site service projects; coordinate commissioning, grid connection, delivery acceptance, and training according to schedules; address on-site issues with contingency plans.
• Document technical issues on project sites; consolidate after-sales issues and conduct data reviews and verification.
• Coordinate with sales, customers, technical teams, and on-site personnel to discuss issues during project commissioning; liaise with cross-functional departments to troubleshoot.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks for energy storage projects, including organizing incoming and outgoing customer emails, categorizing inquiries, providing appropriate responses, and liaising with relevant departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and in compliance with applicable requirements, thereby facilitating project closure.

• Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to develop supplier training materials and implement training plans. Travel internationally as required, including to Portugal, Spain, and other countries.

• Develop implementation plans for on-site service projects and execute energy storage project commissioning, grid connection, delivery acceptance, and training in accordance with project schedules. Coordinate on-site technical issues and promptly develop contingency plans to address unexpected situations.

• Document technical issues encountered on project sites and compile corresponding solutions. Consolidate after-sales technical issues and conduct data reviews and verification for energy storage projects.

• Coordinate with sales teams, customers, technical teams, and on-site personnel to discuss and resolve issues arising during project commissioning.

• Liaise with domestic project managers and cross-functional departments, including production, quality, project management, and after-sales service, to troubleshoot and resolve on-site project issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least two years of experience in employee training and customer relationship management.

• Experience in the energy storage industry or on-site execution of large-scale engineering projects.

• Fluent in English, ability to communicate in Spanish. Mandarin is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various AI-powered applications.

• Overseas work experience is preferred.

• Strong teamwork, communication, learning, analytical thinking, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Proactive, enthusiastic, and highly collaborative, with a strong sense of teamwork and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
