Una destacada universidad tecnológica busca un Investigador en Ingeniería Industrial para un proyecto sobre movilidad ocupacional en entornos rurales. Se espera que el candidato gestione un equipo, realice análisis de mercado y desarrolle nuevos modelos de negocio, contribuyendo a innovaciones en el campo de la data y la movilidad. Se valorará una formación avanzada y experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos de investigación.

Formación

• Experiencia en gestión de actividades de proyecto en un contexto técnico.
• Experiencia en la coordinación de proyectos de investigación de movilidad urbana sostenible.
• Dominio del idioma catalán, español e inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar el desarrollo de un espacio de datos colaborativo para la movilidad ocupacional.
• Realizar análisis de mercado y detectar oportunidades en el sector.
• Desarrollar casos de uso innovadores y controlar la calidad del proyecto.

Offer Description

Objective

• Manage the development of a collaborative and multi-sectoral data space with the aim of facilitating the exchange and integration of data on occupational mobility in rural environments.

Functions

• Perform General Project Management to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to detect opportunities, trends and key competitors in the sector.
• Develop innovative use cases - create new services and business models.
• Monitor project quality and control budget to achieve objectives.
• Supply Chain Management for Industry 4.0.
• Data Process and Communication.
• Data science for industry 4.0.
• Pattern Recognition and machine learning.
• Languages Catalan, Spanish and English spoken, read and written.

It will be valued : Having completed the Master's degree or is currently completing it in the subject of the offer

Specific Requirements

Professional Experience

In the preparation, planning and management of project activities from a temporal, economic and technical point of view.

• In the coordination of international research projects focused on sustainable urban mobility.
• Experience in functions similar to those described will be valued, specifically in the development of research activities, both in the university and industrial environment.

Additional Information

Gross annual salary : 32,402.30 / year € (full-time).

Eligibility criteria

All the candidates who cannot prove the required academic degree will be immediately withdrawn from the selection process.

The CVs will be assessed according the following general criteria :

• The maximum score for the candidates who accomplish all the eligibility criteria stated in the job offer will be 10 points.
• Threshold : 5 points.
• The maximum score (10 points) will be distributed as follows :
• 1 point for required speciality.
• 2 points for required academic training.
• 2 points for technic competences.
• 1 point for organisational competences.
• 3 points for professional experience.
• 1 point for any aspect of the candidate’s professional profile to be determined as specially relevant by the Selection committee.

If the selection committee decide to include a personal interview as additional step of the selection process, only the candidates scored 5 or above for their CV will be retained for the interview step.

The interview will be assessed according the following criteria :

• Threshold : 3 points.
• The maximum score will be distributed according the following criteria :
• 2 points for adequacy to functional competences of the job.
• 2 points for adequacy of professional experience.
• 1 point for any aspect of the candidate’s professional profile to be determined as especially relevant by the Selection committee.

The eligible candidates will be ranked from highest to lowest score, being this the selection criteria.

Selection process

The planned selection process is as follows :

• The members of the selection committee will decide for each case what the selection process will be, if an assessment is made only for the curriculum vitae or any other procedure is planned : interview, tests, etc ...
• Each phase of the selection process will be reported on the website where the offer is published. If applicable, indicate your request.
