Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or PGCE
- Degree or equivalent in relevant subject(s)
- Up-to-date subject knowledge and practical skills
- Successful secondary teaching experience
- Ability to motivate children of varying abilities
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum and exam specifications
- Effective teaching and learning strategies
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Enthusiasm and passion for learning
- Commitment to achieving the best outcomes for staff, pupils, and parents
- Approachable manner and excellent interpersonal skills
