The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for the day-to-day running of the project. They act as the point of contact for Project Associates (PAs) and crowd resources. The Project Coordinator communicates project details and addresses project issues on a resource level. Entry-level position.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all projects involved.
  • Ensure daily communication with the Department Lead to know project status and set scheduling and priorities.
  • Detect and escalate any anomalies or patterns within the projects or within the team.
  • Help the team to detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed.
  • Work with the team to bring process efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the quality of Centific’s service and deliverables are in accordance with client requirements.
  • Support Project Managers and the Delivery Team in the management and development of CX Data Services projects, driving timely communication with vendors, collaborators, and other team members.
  • Contribute to building and supporting a global team for successful delivery of CX Data Services.
  • Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes, and business goals.

Requirements

  • Linguistic background, knowledge in Translation, Philology, Linguistics or similar.
  • Good command of oral and written English.
  • Experience managing projects or as a translator/reviewer.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in different communicative environments.
  • Technical curiosity and experience in different technical environments.
  • Advanced user of Excel.
  • Advanced user of text editors (Word, LibreOffice, etc.).
  • Able to detect and solve potential issues of diverse natures.
  • Organized and efficient, able to follow a tight schedule.
  • Experience in office environments.
  • High attention to detail and sensibility towards quality work.
