Job summary

Trina Tracker seeks a Project Contract Manager (Europe) to lead contract negotiations and coordinate with Legal and Sales across multi-country projects. You will align technical, commercial, and legal requirements and support project execution by managing variations and claims.

Requires an engineering degree, 5+ years in contract/project management with international exposure, and strong negotiation skills. Fluent English is mandatory, other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Civil) or similar.
• Minimum 5 years in contract or project management with a contractual component.
• Experience in international projects and EPC environments.
• Ability to translate technical and commercial requirements into contractual solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Project Contract Manager (Europe).

Responsibilities

1. Lead contractual negotiations with clients in coordination with Legal and Sales teams.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as contract management or project management with a contractual component.
3. Experience in international projects.
4. Knowledge of contracts in industrial or EPC environments.
5. Ability to translate technical and commercial requirements into contractual solutions.
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
7. Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
8. Risk-oriented mindset and contractual control capability.
9. Problem-solving approach.
10. Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments.

Languages

Fluent English is mandatory, ideally C1 level or above. Other European languages would be a plus.
