Your Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of electromobility projects
2. Support in organizing meeting invitations
3. Assist in preparing documents and performance specifications
4. Serve as a point of contact for external requests and guide them to the appropriate contacts
5. Organize all central office matters
6. Create project-specific presentations and reports

Your Profile

1. Completed commercial or technical education
2. Relevant work experience in project management, especially in electromobility, is desirable
3. Proficiency in MS Office suite
4. Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
5. Proactive, a strong team player, with excellent communication skills
6. Knowledge of electromobility technologies, infrastructure, and regulations is a plus
7. Fluent in English and Spanish
