We are seeking a highly motivated Project Administrator to join our Global Supply Chain team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing and creating orders for international flows, supervising order and billing flows, controlling and supervising SAP R3 / SAP S4 master data, managing incidents in order flow and logistics shipments, controlling and dispatching reports and logistics documentation, and supporting improvements and automation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and create orders for international flows
  • Supervise order and billing flows
  • Control and supervise SAP R3 / SAP S4 master data
  • Manage incidents in order flow and logistics shipments
  • Control and dispatch reports and logistics documentation
  • Support improvements and automation projects
  • Back office support to the Global Supply Chain area

Requirements :

  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • SAP RS / HANA and Excel skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to maintain a positive work environment
