  • Consulting students throughout the full application process: from initial contact to finalizing and closing their application to study with BSBI.
  • Exploring potential career paths for students and matching them with specific BSBI offerings.
  • For international students: advising on visa, immigration issues, and compliance.
  • Handling student inquiries regarding different programmes from prospective students.
  • Building rapport to gain trust and engage potential students.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to all students and stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient support that encourages students to choose BSBI.
  • Handling inquiries from students’ business partners regarding various programmes.
  • Offering personalized advice consistently.
  • Portraying a positive and professional image of BSBI at all times to generate a sought-after reputation.
  • Account managing students’ applications from initial inquiry to payment of tuition fees.

Your Responsibilities

Programme Advisors promote BSBI’s programs to potential students via phone and email, playing a vital role in the sales team. The role involves managing the student pipeline from initial application to tuition fee payment.

You will work independently, managing the consultative sales process within established guidelines. A thorough understanding of relevant systems, processes, and BSBI products is essential. You will aim to meet targets and organize your daily activities to achieve clear objectives.

Flexibility and initiative are required to adapt to changing priorities, make decisions within clear boundaries, and handle escalated issues or complaints, often collaborating with other departments. Setting and monitoring standards within your scope will be key, with opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality through process enhancements.
