TAPPX with Techsoulogy

Tappx is a fast-growing AdTech company within the Techsoulogy family. It delivers digital advertising solutions across multiple platforms, including mobile, OTT / CTV, and desktop.

Programmatic Advertising Business Developer Responsibilities:

Sales and Relationship Building

  • Build a sales pipeline.
  • Prospect target publishers.
  • Qualify leads based on compatibility with Tappx technology and performance.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand publishers' business goals and help them achieve these with Tappx.
  • Build strong publisher relationships.
  • Sign publishers and coordinate their onboarding.
  • Log all actions in the CRM (Hubspot).
  • Gain knowledge of the CPM ecosystem and Tappx integration technicalities.
  • Maintain contact with clients to identify industry trends and relevant events.

Publisher Optimization

  • Understand Tappx’s KPIs and performance drivers.
  • Manage onboarded publishers during the first 3 months to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze daily data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot issues by coordinating with Demand and IT teams.
  • Ensure a proper handover to the Account Manager with all relevant information.

Sales Strategy

  • Represent Tappx within the publisher community.
  • Gather and communicate publisher feedback for improvements or new features.
  • Create and test new sales argumentation techniques and share best practices.
  • Stay curious and continuously update your expertise.
