As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented individuals to join our SSP department.

Programmatic Advertising Business Developer Responsibilities:
Sales and Relationship Building
  • Build a sales pipeline.
  • Prospect target publishers based on defined criteria.
  • Qualify leads based on compatibility with Tappx technology and performance.
  • Adopt a consultative sales approach, understanding publishers' business goals and helping them achieve these with Tappx.
  • Develop strong relationships with publishers.
  • Sign publishers and coordinate their onboarding process.
  • Log all activities in the CRM (Hubspot).
  • Gain knowledge of the CPM ecosystem (mediations, SSPs, DSPs, networks) and Tappx's technological integration.
  • Maintain contact with clients to identify industry trends and relevant events.
Publisher Optimization
  • Understand Tappx’s KPIs and performance drivers.
  • Manage onboarded publishers during the first 3 months to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze daily data to identify optimization opportunities aligned with Tappx KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with other teams (Demand, IT).
  • Provide a comprehensive handover to the Account Manager with all relevant information.
Sales Strategy
  • Represent Tappx within the publisher community.
  • Gather feedback from publishers on potential improvements or new features and relay this to your Team Leader.
  • Create and test new sales arguments (via email and calls) and share best practices with the team.
  • Stay curious and continuously update your knowledge to become an expert in your field.

Contract: Indefinite with competitive conditions.

Work hours: Flexible, with core hours for flexibility.

Location: Hybrid model in Barcelona & Madrid (1 day in-office, rest teleworking) or 100% remote anywhere in Spain.

Offices: Cool HQs in Barcelona and co-working spaces in Madrid.
