Formación

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
  • At least 2 years in the programmatic advertising industry.
  • Experience working with direct publishers (websites or apps).

As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented individuals to join our SSP department.

We are seeking a Programmatic / Publishers Business Developer who will be responsible for:

Sales and Relationship Building
  • Building a sales pipeline through prospecting targeted publishers
  • Qualifying leads based on compatibility with Tappx technology and performance
  • Using a consultative sales approach to understand publishers' business goals and how Tappx can help achieve them
  • Building strong relationships with publishers
  • Signing publishers and coordinating their onboarding process
  • Logging all actions in the CRM (Hubspot)
  • Gaining knowledge of the CPM ecosystem (mediations, SSPs, DSPs, networks) and Tappx integration technology
  • Staying in touch with clients to identify industry trends and relevant events
Publisher Optimization
  • Understanding Tappx’s KPIs and performance drivers
  • Managing onboarded publishers during the first three months to maximize revenue
  • Analyzing daily data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Troubleshooting issues by coordinating with Demand and IT teams
  • Providing comprehensive handovers to Account Managers with all relevant information
Sales Strategy
  • Representing Tappx within the publisher community
  • Gathering feedback from publishers for improvements and new features
  • Creating and testing new sales argumentation techniques and sharing best practices with the team
  • Continuously learning to become an industry expert

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
