IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for Spain-based remote/hybrid work in Madrid. The role focuses on statistical programming for health technology assessment (AMNOG) and market access, ideal for biostatisticians or data scientists with a strong clinical evidence background.

You will develop German AMNOG dossiers, analyze trial data, perform meta-analyses, automate workflows, and collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams while ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science or related field
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy or research) preferred
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles
Familiarity with clinical study data and industry SDTM/ADaM standards
Familiarity with German AMNOG process, IQWiG or G‑BA procedures is an advantage

Responsibilities

Develop German AMNOG dossiers with SAS analyses for Module 4
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroups
Perform meta-analyses and indirect comparisons, support interpretation of outputs
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA)
Ensure scientific quality, clarity and consistency of outputs
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA and HTA bodies
