Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated HTA Programmer to support German AMNOG dossiers and market access activities from Spain with a remote/hybrid setup. The role emphasizes statistical programming, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive evidence-based decisions.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, with 2+ years in SAS and exposure to CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets, fluent in German and English. IQVIA offers a global team and challenging projects.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Experience in HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access and/or clinical development.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs and statistical principles.
Familiarity with German AMNOG, IQWiG, or G‑BA procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for consistency and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs).
Ensure quality, clarity, and reproducibility of outputs.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, GBA, and HTA bodies.
