Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German language skills for a Spain-based remote/hybrid role. The candidate will support health technology assessment (AMNOG) and market access activities, focusing on statistical programming and analysis of clinical trial data.

The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with interest in reimbursement decision-making. Responsibilities include developing AMNOG analyses for Module 4, performing meta-analyses, ensuring reproducible workflows,

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Initial HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access experience preferred.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
Familiarity with German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers with focus on programming analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outputs.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA and other HTA bodies.
