The Amazon Prime Video Legal team is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and innovative Program Manager to lead PV-wide legal initiatives supporting our fast-growing and complex global organization. The Program Manager will be a key member of the European legal team, focusing on managing complex regulatory legal programs and projects.

The successful candidate will:

• Be an exceptional project manager capable of translating complex requirements into simple, actionable plans and processes;
• Be proactive, highly motivated, with strong critical thinking and process improvement skills, assisting in developing systems for legal compliance operations;
• Be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Innovate, simplify, and improve inefficient or complex processes;
• Organize tasks, prioritize demands, find solutions, and follow through to successful completion;
• Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
• Work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities successfully;
• Be adaptable to learning new legal software applications and AI tools;
• Have a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and workload prioritization;
• Desire to grow professionally as responsibilities expand with the business.

Key job responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs across organizations and geographies, coordinating efforts, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks before they become obstacles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• 3+ years experience in program or project management
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams (e.g., Tax, Accounting)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing project information for stakeholders
• Legal department experience in operations, program, or project management roles, or as a Paralegal
• Program/project management certification (e.g., Scrum, Prince2)
• Knowledge of legal compliance requirements and formalities
• Experience in a global corporate environment
• Knowledge of other EU languages (preferably German, Italian, French, or Spanish)
