Amazon is offering an Operations Intern program across Spain, with on-site placements in Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations. Interns will apply analytical skills to impactful projects and gain exposure to operations leadership.

Formación

• Penultimate or final year student pursuing a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify improvements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Apply analytical skills to projects that enhance fulfillment center, sortation center and delivery station operations.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Propose and test solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the best options.
• Develop communication and teamwork by working with managers, stakeholders and frontline colleagues.
• Move around the facility to engage with different teams and participate in pre-briefs and flow meetings.
• Adapt to various schedules and shifts; potential relocation to a designated site.
