Efi Electronics For Imaging is seeking a Program Manager to lead New Product Development for large-format digital inkjet printers, coordinating Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership from concept to production release.

You will define scope, timelines, and success criteria, manage risks, and provide executive visibility, while guiding teams in a fast-paced, technically driven, cross-border environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years in Program Management, Project Management, Product Development, or similar.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects from concept to industrialization and launch.
• Understanding of hardware and software development in manufacturing, machinery, automation, or tech environments.
• Experience managing project plans, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving, with influence without authority.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in international environments is preferred.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
