Are you a results-oriented Program Manager with a strong background in project management within the automotive industry? Do you have a proven track record of successfully leading complex programs across global cross-functional teams? We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team in Valencia.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the flawless and timely launch of new programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Your ability to drive alignment, manage risk, and deliver results will be key to your success!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Cross Functional Teams across a global organization (North America, Asia, and EU).
• Direct relation and management with EOM customers (BMW, VW Group, Ford, Stellantis, ...).
• Manage that the program tasks are completed properly and on time.
• Early risk identification and work on mitigation plans, problem solving and manage the escalation process of critical issues.
• Supervise and ensure that the program budget and profitability are kept as awarded or improved.
• Define the program timing and ensure that the program milestones are met on time including the program invoice.
• Challenge the program status looking for cost and timing improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience of at least 3-5 years in the automotive sector, holding similar positions.
• High leadership and organizational skills.
• High communication skills and good teamwork player.
• Self-motivated and focused on results.
• Methodical and organized person.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Customer communication and relationship skills.
• Experience in management activities.
• Knowledge of automotive tools: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, DVP, BEON, LION, iPQ, etc.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); German will be highly valued.
• Able to travel within Spain and abroad as required.
